UniOsun student commits suicide hours after publicising on WhatsApp. Juba Babatunde Phillips is a 100 level student of Theatre Art in University of Osun, Ikire campus.
He was found dead in his hostel on the 24th November, 2020 and alleged he committed suicide
He died after he posted on WhatsApp the hardships he has survived and reasoned why some persons commit suicide
Some of his friends who saw the posts ran to his hostel to check up on him, they met his body lieing on the floor and noticed he took a poisonous substance
The corpse of Jaba was immediately taken to the morgue after finding out he killed himself
